This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,700 square-feet of luxurious open living. The back yard oasis has a private screened in are with a heated pool with fountains, an outdoor dining/lounging area and 180 degrees of un-obstructed waterfront views. Glorious sunrises and sunsets, fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, quiet book reading, sunrise yoga on the terrace, the options are limitless!

Property is ideal for family vacations as it is located in a family neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac.
Less than 10 miles to the nearest beach! Located with easy access to Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and hop right onto the interstate to access Siesta Key!
Option to heat pool ($120). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, instapot, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30.
Dining: Kitchen Counter with 4 stools. Dining room table that seats 6.
Breakfast nook seats 4. Game room high top table w/ 4 stools.
Poolside: Outdoor dining that seats 8
Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Games/Activities: Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Throwback Video Game Table, Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys, Puzzles, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Giant Checkers, Tic Tac Toe.
Fitness Equipment: 2 Yoga Mats, Blocks, Straps & Towels. Hand weights and resistance bands.

Beach Equipment: Sand chairs, large beach mat, cooler bag, sand toys, boogie boards (4), beach umbrella, beach cart, volleyball.
Fishing Rods (6) and a basic tackle box is provided for fishing the many sandy beaches and the dock. Dock features a green light to attract the many species of fish that live in the brackish waters of the Braden River.
Kayaks and Boats can be rented by the day or week.
Pets are not allowed on, or in the property.
Pool: During cool season (if pool heat is purchased $120/wk) the heater is preset so this should not be adjusted. DO NOT TOUCH POOL EQUIPMENT. Equipment is video monitored. Please contact host if you have questions or concerns with the pool. Guests who attempt to adjust pool heat or equipment on their own are subject to immediate eviction.
The house occupancy is 10. This includes both registered guests and local friends/family that may happen to stop by. PLEASE NOTE, we do not allow events at this home, please don't book if you intend to occupy this home at any time with more than 10 people, including children.
