Welcome to our modern, tastefully decorated shared home in Sarasota—designed with the vibe of a boutique hostel! You'll be staying in a private, lockable queen bedroom located on the second floor. While your room is fully private, the rest of the house is shared with other friendly Airbnb guests—or occasionally with us, your hosts.
Guests have full access to shared spaces, including a fully stocked kitchen (with complimentary coffee and tea, spices and oils), dining area, cozy upstairs lounge, full and half bathrooms, and a garage movie theater (A/C coming Sept 2025). * These cameras only monitor the exterior of the property.
* There are NO cameras inside the home or in any private areas (such as bedrooms or bathrooms), nor are they directed at areas where guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy
* The purpose of these cameras is to enhance security, deter theft, and monitor compliance with our house rules (e.g occupancy limits).
* Any attempt to disable, redirect, or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

We take pride in offering a clean and healthy space. For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is absolutely forbidden inside our home. The lingering odor and damage caused by smoke require extensive cleaning. Therefore, a $1,000 deep cleaning fee will be assessed to any guest found to have smoked indoors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
