Welcome to The Bahamas! Our vacation home is a beautiful sanctuary for families looking for a relaxing getaway to Bradenton & Anna Maria Island. Merely 6 miles from the beautiful Anna Maria beaches, and with 1924+ square footage, there is plenty of space to spread out and is perfect for 2 to 3 families. There has never been a more blissful family oasis - after spending the day on the beach, return to a backyard paradise relaxation in the heated saltwater pool, and might as well fire up the BBQ!
This spacious home is located just 7 miles to Anna Maria Beaches and Blake Medical center & hospital just one mile away. GT Bray Park and dog park just one mile away and close to many fabulous restaurants and Publix grocery. FedEx & UPS drop off locations and customers service stores as well.
Oh, and did we mention we have an outdoor playset perfect for your little ones, and a newly put in pickleball court (just waiting to be painted)?! Your family's stay will be absolute fun with us!

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
