Summary: It's tough when the classification of the room type ("classic" vs "premier", etc) differs from hotels.com to what your virtual front desk called it. Also, the Bluetooth speaker was broken. I asked for a replacement, and I was told it would be taken care of from the virtual front desk. After 3 hours I asked again....and they told me it might be resolved within 24 hours. Way after my checkout. Is this how slow everything is?
