Summary: Heating units hard to work and seem to reset to their default ac setting everyday. Did not refresh toilet paper. Small bottles of shampoo and body wash really only enough for one. Big concern. The hotel added $199 in additional fees that they said Expedia does not add nor disclose. The hotel told we were paid in full at check in. They charged fees at check out.
