A private and quiet home with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, a kitchen that has everything you need to cook, private parking, and very fast internet. It's easy to find the home and access, so your stay will be as smooth as possible.
It's turn key, and is perfect for when you need more space than a hotel and/or you love to cook.
We know the area, and have been a part of the neighborhood for almost 20 years. If there is something that would make your stay more enjoyable, we will do what we can to make it happen. The home is set back about 100 feet from the street with a large garden in the front which has a fig, citrus trees, cucumbers, tomatoes, flowers, beans and squash.
About The space:
The kitchen has everything you need if you are passionate about cooking, and a microwave if you aren't! A washer and dryer stocked with cleaning supplies, gigabit fiber internet with strong WiFi over the entire property, smart TV with Youtube TV and Youtube Premium ( bring your own Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and almost everything else I could think of to make you feel at home and comfortable including AC and central heat.
This is a split level flat with the bedrooms upstairs. There are ten steps to enter and another fifteen steps to get upstairs where the master suite is located. The queen sized mattress is from European Sleepworks and is the Alpine Classic. The full sized sofa bed is by American Leather (but is not a leather couch,) two very high quality and comfortable mattresses. The linens are cotton and the comforters are down.
The bedrooms are separated by French doors with an additional sound/light blocking curtain that you can pull closed. The upstairs windows are all screened and have black out shades. Please look at the photos to see the layout, and message me if you have any questions about the space. Please review the house rules before making a reservation.
Guest access:
I will provide towels, hand soap, and the basics. The home is thoroughly cleaned between guests and there are sanitizing wipes and extra cleaning supplies. Kitchen is stocked with most essentials. Olive oil, spices, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. If there is something you would like, please let me know so we can make arrangements.
Other things to note:
Your home is the top floor flat in a duplex. A quiet Labrador Retriever lives on premises, but not in your space. There is no smoking in the unit or on the property. Any smoking or vaping needs to happen off the property. We have included floors plans in the pictures to show you the layout.
There is a patio in the front yard with a large table, electricity and wifi.
