Summary: Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, design was nice, bathroom was nice and comfy. A couple of caveats: there are no microwaves in the rooms. I understand the potential risk of having one in the rooms and they have one in the lounge building, but being in a semi-secluded space where you need to heat up food somehow would be much more convenient. Also, the pictures for EACH suite should be updated specific to the suite you are renting. The pictures are kinda generic and you don’t know what they look like specifically. We had no idea Suite 8 would actually be attached to the lounge building and the terrace was facing the “main road”. We came here for our anniversary and if we would’ve known there would be less privacy, we would have picked another suite. Also, I would advise that a roll down curtain be installed for the front doors. You can see right through to the suite because of the glass doors, and if you’re walking out of the bathroom, people can absolutely see you. Especially if you have suite 8 that’s attached to the lounge building. We had to use one of the flat sheets to cover the glass door so we can have some privacy. It was highly inconvenient if we had to go in and out of the suite. Other than the privacy issue and lack of a balcony (we thought our suite had one) it’s nice.

Summary: This site is beautiful and many of the units have beautiful views. Was a bit disappointed that our unit was on road level and did not have as much of a view. There is no one on staff at the site. While there is a lovely lounge with a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, there are no utensils or serving ware. Small refrigerator in room as well but no ice and no ice machine. While the large glass windows were mirrored so you could not look in from the outside, the front door had no window tint or shade option so you were fully visible making your way to the bathroom. Still a beautiful space. Most concerning was a very strong unpleasant smell to the water. It was very noticeable and unpleasant.

Summary: Our stay at Piedmont Grove was awesome. We enjoyed the breweries and the wineries. It’s a quiet stay. We plan to go back so we can hike. I wish the cabins had microwaves. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Summary: Perfect little getaway place. The place is super cute. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Great location to Devils Backbone and Bold Rock. Only fault is the late check in and early check out times.

Summary: The place was clean and quiet. Glass windows and door had no blinds except the back porch. So make sure you wear clothes if you arent comfortable about being seen naked. The back porch blind would not stay open. Not a horrible spot but would like to be a little closer to the hill and have a microwave in the room. Also my room didnt have an internet so had to use the common area for internet access.
