Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.
You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard.

The two driveway spaces in front of the house are for you.

We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.

Summary: We loved this rental! Quiet, clean, nicely decorated and furnished place. Easy access. Ample parking in front of home. Comfortable beds with nice linens, Excellent air conditioning (which we appreciated on some of the hot fall days). The host lives upstairs but we did not see or hear him during the stay. So our space felt private. Communication with him through the app was easy however. As some have mentioned, the porch was a great place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing and before we headed out to our scheduled music events. I also really liked this neighborhood. Close to a Kroger’s for groceries, also close to restaurants. Highly recommend the Urban Cowboy nearby. Great pizza, live music and cocktails with a lovely patio. I would definitely stay here again!
