Positive: It was close to Yacht Club and walking distance to some decent restaurants.

Negative: Old motel with musty smell, sloping floors, no HVAC in the bedrooms (must leave doors open to get heat or AC from single through-the-wall unit in front living room), drab khaki green walls, grey popcorn ceilings, slow hot water, etc.

Summary: Old smelly motel, overpriced for what it is.
