Summary: This is now my family’s favorite hotel. We had a 2 week stay in deluxe family room with full size refrigerator. Location is in quieter part yet steps away from all the popular food spots. We wanted to spend more time in Chinatown and Lower Manhattan so this was the perfect location. It was also easy to take train/bus to make the trek uptown. Front desk and everyone were so helpful! Big shout out to housekeeping, the ladies were so sweet and quickly accommodated our special requests. Hotel is little older but based on the value, this is to be expected. Beds are very comfortable, we all slept well. Our suggestion would be to include a microwave in the room to heat up our leftovers and goodies from exploring Chinatown. And the safe was not user friendly so we ended up not using. Besides these overall excellent, we visit NYC multiple times a year and plan to come back!
