Summary: I didn't get the room I expected. The pictures on the Hilton and Hotels.com sites are incorrect. I specifically wanted the room with the couch. I reserved the room that had that picture when selecting my room from the website. When I got there, the staff admitted that they had reported this issue several times, but nothing had been done. They would not give me the room I wanted, even when I offered to pay the difference in cost. Although I didn't get the room I wanted, my hotel stay was good.
