Summary: No heat in our room the first night. Outside temp was in the teens and dropping. The motels' AC/Heating system can not be manually turned on or off. Hotel clerk was willing to move us next door. We declined-- it was late and we were tired from traveling all day. Hotel clerk lended us a blanket. Second night we moved into another room.
