Positive: The room was convenient to the Fillmore, where we saw a show

Negative: The noise around the hotel was very loud, we had trouble sleeping due to the noise of traffic all night. Thankfully there were black out shades so we didnt see the headlights. We were also very disappointed that there was no hot water Friday night - we attempted to shower and the water never got warmer than tepid. Our friends next door also said they had no hot water.
