Kayaking, beach horseback riding, fishing, and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room have smart TV's. There is also a grill for guests to use on the patio. House is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs , beach tents and pool/ beach toys. There are four security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover the driveway, front door, and sides of the property. There is a $15 fee per day for heated pool in form of check , cash or zelle.
