Summary: The first room we stayed in (room 203) was unsatisfactory - the bed was uncomfortable, it was extremely warm (we couldn’t get the temperature below 75 degrees) and the heating system was very loud. When I spoke to the staff about it they were very understanding and were able to move us to a much better room. Both the woman working the front desk on the morning of Sat 11/22 and the gentleman working there that afternoon were very friendly and helpful. The waitress at the Salt restaurant Saturday morning was also very nice. Despite the lovely and accommodating staff, I cannot rate the experience higher given the known issues with the old and noisy heating system
