Positive: Very nice hotel, clean, in the heart of all of the center city with shopping stores, and restaurants. Very comfy bed & steaming hot showers. Attentive, professional staff, the silence there was so peaceful.

Negative: Still no room service available nor Fitness center access since covid. These greatly reduced the hotel experience.
