The main level of this house features an open floor plan that flows seamlessly between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A pair of beautiful double doors in the kitchen let in a flood of natural light and open up to the fenced-in backyard and a brand new elevated deck. The kitchen provides bar seating that encourages family and friends to sit together in the mornings over coffee or to keep each other company during meal prep while the dining table has generous seating for up to ten. Don’t worry — we have a handful of extra chairs stowed away that you can’t see in the photos.

Stainless steel appliances, chic white countertops, and functional finishes adorn the kitchen, which is equipped with a glass-top stove and plenty of usable surface area. Of course, the food scene in Seattle is excellent, but just in case you’re feeling like a night in, the cabinets here are well-appointed with all the necessities for cooking meals at home for those nights when you feel like staying in or for a big weekend brunch. In the living room, enjoy a midcentury-modern-style sectional couch and a mounted television. One of the two bathrooms is on this second level of the home, too, and provides a shower finished with subway tile and stocked with hygiene basics. In the five tidy bedrooms — each of which has its own window and a wall heater for personalized comfort — you will find 4 comfortable king-sized beds and one full-sized bed. The lower level of the home has a second living room that offers some seclusion as well as a washer and dryer and even a foosball table for those rainy pacific northwest days. The second full bath with new tile, a well-lit vanity, and fresh linen. We know that travel can wear a person out, so we pay extra attention to details; it’s the little things that make the biggest difference when you’re far from home, so you’ll find that all the toiletries you’re likely to need have been provided.
