Summary: The location in relation to the shoreline where we spent most of our time was great, I thought is was a very reasonable price and it was very clean. The reasons I couldn't give it a 5 star was the property outside was a little unkept (i.e. the grass was not trimmed under the picnic table so not very inviting and not a clear smooth walkway to the door). The other reason is the shower/bathroom set up is a little "quirky" (there is "no sink" and the shower is in a clawfoot tub making it very difficult to get in and out of and keep shower the curtains around you to keep water from getting all over and still reach your shampoo and soap). The host was EXTREMELY responsive and would recommend unless you are a person with mobility issues because of the bathroom setup path to the door.
