Rock Springs Retreat is an amazing home located on Lake Greenbriar, which is the largest lake in Holly Lake Ranch.
What a perfect location for a large family, family retreat, or friends getaway. There is a huge deck that overlooks the lake and wraps around to a screened porch. It is the perfect spot for cooking out, watching sunsets and wildlife!
The home has an open floor plan that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is perfect for those large get-togethers and features an island a and a large breakfast bar. Three of the bedrooms have large windows with lake view! The master bedroom is conveniently located on the lower level. Above the garage is a game room with a pool table and in the screened porch we have a ping pong table. Stroll down the boardwalk to your own private fishing dock! Holly Lake Ranch is a beautiful, gated resort community in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
Amenities such as golf, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, mini-golf, horseshoes, shuffle board, volley ball, etc. are available to all of our guests. So bring your family or friends to Rock Springs Retreat for a memorable vacation and enjoy the beauty of Holly Lake Ranch!
Please note that our HOA recently instituted a fee for ALL watercraft brought in to use at our lakes. The fee is $100/day for boats, jet skis, kayaks, etc. The fee must be paid at the security office when you arrive for a gate pass.
