The unit has a full kitchen, master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full-sized fold out couch, its own driveway, separate entry, and a private partially covered deck. The apartment is best suited for a couple, or a couple with young children. We do not recommend the fold out for two adults. The place is located within a half-mile walking distance of two Atlantic beaches: Newport's First/Easton's Beach, and Middletown's Second/Sachuest Beach. We are also a short two miles from Newport's famed Bellevue Avenue. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The shed contains boogie boards, a beach wagon and umbrella and beach chairs for your enjoyment. This is a beautiful apartment to which you will have difficulty saying goodbye.
