Our 2 bedroom condo is freshly painted, new appliances, comfortable furniture and close to shopping, recreation and good restaurants. Large first floor master bedroom with walk in bathroom. Upstairs guest room with double beds and bathroom with shower. Three porches. One large screened porch overlooking pool in tropical setting. One comes off kitchen and downstairs bedroom with a view through parking lot to front entrance. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. We welcome all inquiries. Please note three month minimum lease. No smoking and no pets. Please note Willow Green is one of more than two dozen communities in The Meadows. The Meadows features 3 golf courses (2 are open to the public) 17 Har-Tru Tennis courts, 5000 square foot fitness facility. Memberships available 1, 2 or 3 months per year Nov-April. You are free to enjoy the 3400 acres that makes up The Meadows with 14 miles of sidewalks and bike trails, nature walks and a 1.7-mile fitness trail that wind throughout the community. Our condo is across the street from The Village where there are restaurants and shops. You are also and is Close to The Mall at University Town Center for mega-shopping. and Benderson Park Rowing Facility. Drive time to downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Sarasota International Airport is approximately 15 minutes. Drive time to Tampa International airport is approximately 60 minutes. You are also not far from Lido Beach and Siesta Beach in Sarasota. Explore the beaches south f Sarasota to Venice and Sanibel Island in Fort Myers.
