A total of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, & 5697 interior sq/ft situated on a 19,000 sq/ft corner lot! Open living space with water views the moment you enter the property. Kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, & a walk in pantry. Large covered patio & pool with separate jacuzzi. All bedrooms have cable TV and blackout blinds. Two bedrooms function as studios with seating areas & one features a kitchenette. Tons of nature including fish, birds, & manatees. Fishing is permitted. Cul-de-sac location just minutes from the Aventura Mall, The Brightline, & all major highways. Walking distance to many places of worship.
GUEST ACCESS:
The 6th bedroom upstairs with the 2 twin beds does not have a door for privacy when entering from the stairs in the game room. The bathroom has a privacy door.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location but convenience at your fingertips. Super close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No events or parties permitted. No pets allowed.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
