We first fell in love with this retreat as guests, long before we ever dreamed we'd own it. It became the place we couldn't stop thinking about, and today we're excited to share it with others looking for a peaceful escape in the North Georgia mountains.
Wake up to the sound of Tiger Creek flowing just outside your window, sip your morning coffee from the screened porch, spend the day exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, wineries, and charming mountain towns, then come home to relax around the fire pit, watch a movie in the private theater, or simply unwind while listening to the creek.
With more than 3,400 square feet, Tranquil Waters Retreat offers plenty of space to gather while still providing quiet places to recharge. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a spacious primary king suite overlooking the creek. The private ensuite bathroom includes a jacuzzi soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet with a rowing machine and free weights for guests who want to stay active during their stay.
Downstairs is where the fun begins. The Rec Room features a pool table, ping pong table, arcade game, and board games for guests of all ages. Just around the corner, the private theater room offers six reclining theater seats for unforgettable movie nights. The Family Suite includes a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, Smart TV, children's books, toys, games, and an oversized reading chair that's perfect for winding down at the end of the day.
