Positive: The hotel is beautiful and staff are friendly and accommodating! They offer free fruit water in the lobby every day and explain everything to you.

Negative: The location wasnt what i expected. As a first time visitor of new orleans, bourbon Street was incredibly loud and busy with patrons who can be a little abrasive and very inebriated. The sound was enough to keep us up some nights on our trip.
