It's a 5000 sqft lot with more than 1600 sqft built in area. You have a completely fenced pvt backyard with hot tub, BBQ Grill that gives you privacy. Located in a very prime location with access to all the key attractions in Tahoe, be it beaches or Ski resort or casino or meadows or shops & restaurants everything is accessible within few minutes drive.
We have been hosting since 2015 and with wear and tear, items seen in pictures like BBQ grill, chairs, wall hangings, lights, sofa, TV etc could have been replaced, photos on display are representative only. Since photo's are taken from wide angle camera to give complete coverage of the area they may appear larger than the size hence we are sharing exact size of each area in house.

Drive way for car parking is 19 X 34.
It's a individual house, there is no restriction in accessing any part of the house. We also send a welcome document with checkin instructions that provide all helpful information about house.
