Waters Edge, a modern-designed four-bedroom, two-bath home is ready to host you in the highly-desired location of Scottsdale. This home has a beautiful water feature flowing into the hot tub and loungers submerged in the pool. The outdoors are able to be accessed by multiple doors. Are you ready for your competition with a game of cornhole or one of the many games inside? This floor plan is unique in that it has views from the living room to the dining room and kitchen. You will always be part of the entertainment.
You are by all the great dining, entertainment, and shopping of Kierland Commons and Windsong. Located near the Scottsdale Airport.
House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Pool or SPA heat included but not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperatures.
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

The property has cameras that monitor the two gate areas into the backyard along with a driveway camera and a front door ring camera. The property is also equipped with noise decibel monitors that will alert property management if excess noise is occurring that would disturb neighbors
