Positive: The price was good. Secure area.

Negative: The listing states that there is a private bath. This is NOT true. We had to share a bathroom with someone in another bedroom. There was nothing spacious or luxurious about this place. Room was small. We had a king size bed, only one bedside table, a dresser with a mirror (the mirror was completely blocked by the TV. Two kitchen type chairs. Parking was first come, first serve for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Everyone else had to park away from the home and walk. This listing is an AirB&B listing. Very large house with several bedrooms. We were provided with one bath towel and one washcloth each for the 4 nights we were there.

Summary: No private bath!
