A colorful accent wall leads you to the full kitchen, perfect for creating family meals (so feel free to load up on groceries when you arrive), and is open to the the main living area. The full kitchen includes bright white cabinets with plenty of storage, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and slow cooker.
The large main suite has its own sitting area with a couch below a wall of windows. It is bright and blissful, with it's own sliding glass door and access to the private patio area. This room is both comfortable and luxurious. Enjoy falling asleep to a movie with your own TV, and waking up to the gorgeous Florida sun.

Parking notes: One parking pass will be left for you in the condo. All vehicles, boat trailers, and motorcycles require a parking permit or tags. No covered trailers allowed. Additional permits and tags are $10 to $50 depending on the type, and can be obtained from the HOA office by the pool Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 CST. Additional parking is available at the HOA office at the complex.
IMPORTANT: Your parking pass will be left in your room. Please immediately hang the parking pass from your rearview mirror in your vehicle. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARKING PASS VISIBLE YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
