Our address: 191 S 135th St W, Wichita, KS 67235 which is just north of Maple on 135th street.

-The Cottage- 2 bed, 2 bath 1128 SF
-The Chalet- 3 bed, 2 bath 1317 SF
All of the homes come with quartz countertops, built in kitchen appliances, custom blinds, vaulted ceilings and lot’s of natural light.
Tenants are responsible for their separately metered gas & electric utilities as well as water service, which is billed separately. Trash service is included with the rent.
Garages are available for an additional rent amount.
Please excuse our construction as we are completing units weekly at this time through May 2024. Upon completion there will be 76 units and 54 garages available for rent.
