Parkview Beach Cottage is located directly across the street from the beautiful beach and marina park in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The park offers kayak and other boat rentals, tours, a music stage with weekly performances, boat launch, children's playground, sand beach, swimming pier and dock. Watch the boats move into and out of the marina from the house. This unit can be rented separately from the lower unit which is VRBO#1208896. This property is usually rented with the lower unit which sleeps four for a total occupancy of 10. Usually when both units are rented the grandparents stay downstairs with two grand kids and the children and other children and grandchildren stay upstairs. Or two couples up and two down.

WIFI, Cable TV, Central Air and heat parking are all included. The house has hardwood floors with area rugs throughout the house. The linens ( WITH BEDS MADE); hand, bath and dish towels; soap; grill; dishes; pots and pans; silverware and utensils are all furnished.
The house has beautiful views of the park, beach and stage. It is located 1 block to the downtown and within easy walking distance to the library, restaurants, children's play area, boat and tour rentals, bowling alley boat launce and other village amenities. The two units are rented together by the week in the prime season and separately or by the weekend during the shoulder seasons. One unit is available to rent in the winter months. We are a SMOKE FREE environment and sorry we cannot accommodate your pets. We have many people stay here that have allergies because of the hard wood floors we have no carpet mites. We also heat the premises all winter so we do not have the musty smell that other cottages get when closed during the winter.
