Our vacation home features breathtaking views of Lake Washington. The large indoor & outdoor entertaining spaces to make it the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy. All three floors have sweeping lake views. Be adventurous & explore with a stroll, run, or bike along the lake. This getaway retreat is conveniently located. Most of Seattle's tourist attractions are only 10-20min away!
All three floors of this 3,500 square foot home have sweeping lake views which can be seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, den and three of the bedrooms. This smart home features an open floor plan with a cape cod style gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. To kick start your day we have a Breville precision coffee brewer and tea. The living room has an enormous couch where you can watch shows on an 80" tv! Rounding out the main floor is the dinning room, bathroom with a rain shower, family room and a bedroom with a twin bed with a twin trundle bed.
This floor also has direct access to our deck that showcases panoramic views of Lake Washington. You can BBQ while watching the boats pass by and dine alfresco on our large dining table. You can also chill on the sectional couch and stoke up the heated lamp at night and gaze at the stars. In addition to the main entertaining deck, there is also covered patio below that leads to the large backyard. There is also a patio in the front.
We have fun indoor things to keep you busy as well. We provide YouTube Live Tv, board games, books, DVDs, Xbox, and amazing views from the widows. This home's large indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces make it an amazing place to kick back, relax, and enjoy.
Head up the stairs to the second floor where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom with the king bed has an oversized window with an amazing view of the water. The "kids" room also has a water view. This room has a twin over full bunk bed. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen bed.
In the walk-out basement, there is a second living room with a fireplace, couch, tv and a "work-from-home" area that has a desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse. The glass sliding doors open into the backyard. Next to this is our fourth bedroom which has a queen bed. There is also a laundry room on this floor.
There is a two car garage with a 240-volt Telsa charging station. We are also a kid friendly property! We have a high chair, pack-n-play, baby bath tub, toddler jumper and toys for young kids.
We are located only a block from the water! You can be adventurous and explore with a stroll, run, or bike along the lake! Mt Baker Beach Park is a half mile away. You can go fishing off the docks or play in the sand and go swimming! A little beyond that, there is a kids park with two tennis courts. Restaurants are also within walking distance. If you are outdoorsy, you'll be in heaven as there are dozens of things to explore on foot or by bike. You can walk or ride around Lake Washington, exercise around the Seward Park loop, or bike across the I-90 bridge that goes to the "Eastside".
This getaway retreat is conveniently located. Most of Seattle's popular tourist attractions such as the Pier, Pike Place Market, Alki Beach, the Space Needle, MoPop, Museum of Flight, the University of Washington, Seahawks and Mariner's stadiums are within a 10-20 min drive.
Please note, this is NOT a party house. If you are looking for a place to do so, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Parties and additional guests are not permitted. Any excessive noise and activities will be reported by our neighbors.
We also do NOT allow pets during your stay. Yes, that does include your adorable, hypoallergenic four-legged family member.

Please refrain from loud music and noise after 930pm. Our neighborhood is more sensitive than others to noise and will report violations. The house is equipped with NoiseAware which is a privacy-safe noise monitoring system.
