The Space:
★The Layout★
This elegant guest cottage is located around the back of another home. There is a private entrance, which is accessed from the alleyway. There is a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a unique rustic sink and large stand up shower with two shower heads! You'll also have your very own kitchen nook with mini fridge, two stove burners, microwave, and coffee maker. There's also plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking! Don't forget to utilize the washer and dryer, too.
★Parking★
A smaller car can park in the driveway right in front of the cottage! There's also free street parking, if you prefer.
★Neighborhood★
You can literally walk less than .2 miles toEdgehillVillage, .7 miles to Hillsboro Village, and 2-3 blocks to world famous Music Row! For those of you wanting to hit up the Honky Tonks on Broadway, no need for a car to head downtown, either - you'll only be a 7 minute drive away and can easily grab an Uber or Lyft for less than $10 one-way! For real, leave the car at home
★House Rules★
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
