This two-bedroom, two-bath, third-floor condo sits right on the beaches of beautiful Amelia Island! Enjoy a swim in the heated community pool, challenge your best friend to a tennis match, or just relax on your own private balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen has been newly renovated with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. There is a wet bar just off the living room that has a sink, wine fridge, and glassware. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony viewing the Atlantic Ocean. There is high-speed internet to handle all of the family's devices. Downstairs leads to the bedrooms where the primary bedroom has a king and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen. The heated community pool is one of the very few in the Plantation that is heated.
