Completely rebuilt and brand new this is a refined, sleek yet cozy home designed for entertaining in luxury. Indoor and outdoor amenities abound; living room with 28 foot ceilings, large dining room, chef`s kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances and rich marble countertops The family room has its own pavilion, and the waterfront pool with baja shelf and adjacent summer kitchen set within a huge ipe wood deck with a dock steps away.
No parties and outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am. Family neighborhood. Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.

No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.
