This new built home is located just a street away from the lake. We’re on a cul-de-sac and have two drive ways. We’re a fenced home with a patio and a bbq in the backyard. Best part is we’re only about 20 minutes away from downtown Nashville!!! We have 3 kayacks available to take out to the lake. The marina is across the lake and boats are available for rental. During the week (Mon-Friday) the marina has specials and you may rent a pontoon for less then $350 for the whole day !!!!

Summary: The house was nice. However, there is a subdivision going in across the street. lots of construction and heavy equipment. The house was equipped well with needed everyday things. Some things need to be upgraded due to being worn out. Commuting-driving out to go to places on the local roads was frustrating. lots of traffic and delays going places. The bikes had flat tires that we pumped up to enjoy the ride around the area. The kayak's were great. The lake was full of trash along the shores. Trying to find a way to get them to the lake was a chore. The Neighbor Joe was great! friendly. There was no access to the lake other than the boat launch ramp 2 miles down the road.
