Positive: It was very close to the harbor.

Negative: The room was not completely ready to rent. There was several screws all over the floor and dirty like they just were working in there. No coffee machines in rooms. Nothing on the walls. The bath towels were for a small child.

Summary: Great location, great price but the room needed some work.
