Working gigantic stone fireplace. Huge wrap around porch with screened in portion. 3 rear decks. 9 acre lot with farm pond and several hundred feet of oceanfront (tidal cove with excellent clamming!). Acres of lawn. Serene spot off the main road. Expansive ocean views from almost every room. Walking distance to public boat launch for trailered boats up to 24' and Paul's marina for larger craft. Double sea kayaks onsite, though note that able bodied people will need to be available to carry the kayaks down stairs to the shore, across rough terrain to the water, and back up the stairs. If you need a full service kaykak outfit, there are rental places nearby.
