Comes with a beach pass ($600 value) to many other Town beaches. There is shared Laundry. Rentals are from Friday to Friday in season June 27 to Labor Day Weekend. Off season 3-night rentals must end on a Friday or a Monday.
The cleaning fee is $275 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.
