Welcome to our home! To ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these house rules during your stay:
- No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking indoors will result in a fine of $1000.
-No Parties or Events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior approval from the host. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including visitors.
-Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with advance notice, subject to availability.
-Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed without prior approval. A pet fee of $200 per stay will apply.
-We ask that you leave the space as you found it. Please wash dishes, dispose of trash in the provided bins, and avoid leaving food out. A cleaning fee is included, but excessive mess may incur additional charges.
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’d like to have visitors, please add them to the reservation.
-Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 cars or on the street. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on the lawn.
-Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.

-In case of emergency, contact us immediately and dial 911 if needed.
