Summary: The house was beautiful and the host responded in a timely manner when we had issues. Check-in was easy and the rooms were exactly what we needed for our group. The kitchen had new appliances as well as a nice washer/dryer. The canal bank was nicely set up to sit and fish. The house is located very close to the beach, so either a nice walk or a short drive. The reasons for the 4 star rating was the bugs (inside, not outside as expected), canal lights for night fishing didn't work due to tripping a breaker constantly, and lack of extra toilet paper and trash bags (we've learned to bring extra on trips for these instances).
