The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon entry, the living room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV is to the right, and a small office nook with a desk and chair is to the left. Through the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats four.
Left of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
Right of the living room is the additional three bedrooms and full bathroom. The first and second rooms have full beds. The last has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom is between the three rooms and has a shower/tub combination.
A charcoal grill is available on the back deck.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
