Summary: Dont waste your money! Where do I start. On arrival to the hotel, we were met by the valet guys, Ive had previous issues on mulitple occasions where valet guys damage my car. For this reason I will never let any valet worker drive nay of my cars. I was met with resistance when telling them I will be 5mins to drop off my bags and I will move it. I parked the car where they requested but was laugh at for not trusting them. When entering the hotel, it was very busy and noisy in reception, although the décor was very nice and also very clean. Our room was on the third floor, but the main lift was out of action. We had to walk up a flight of stairs, down a long tired looking corridor with a strong smell of marijuana (dont forget this is a family hotel!) then up a very tired lift where it took us a while to find our room due to a very odd numbering system which makes no sense. Our room was clean and tidy but nothing special. We paid extra for a garden view. This was a window facing a building, but apparently because there were some plants in view, its a garden food. Go figure!? I feel the same window on the ground floor may look much nicer. Our room had very old single glazing windows which were very hard to operate and poor for sound proofing. The poor/bar area (which is the entirety of the outdoor area) was booked out for a private party and we were denied access to outdoors, this was a noisy party and there was no prior warning the amenities were unavailable TEXT LIMIT MET
