The home was completely renovated in 2025. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a single-level layout that keeps everyone on the same floor. The master suite has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds — right for kids or two guests who don't need to share. Eight guests sleep comfortably without anyone on a sofa.
The backyard is where the group ends up after the beach. Gas grill for cookouts. Cornhole for the afternoon.
