Negative: The staff was strange and confused all the time, they change a lot and each one is stranger than the other. They forget who you are in seconds, forget what they promised you and what they told you, don't expect to ask for something and get it.. The elevator didn't work and we were on the 2nd floor, they helped with the big suitcases but it was really unpleasant. They don't clean the rooms every day, the toilets are very crowded, there is no shelf in the shower which made it very difficult. It feels a bit like sleeping in a student dorm because there was noise all the time from the floor above.You can hear the maids outside as if they were inside the room, we couldn't sleep because of that.

Summary: If you're okay with sleeping in a dorm, go for it.
