Summary: In pictures on the website and your site it looked great. You don't see the entire property so somewhat misleading. The access code given by you did not work. Not only for me but another guest, who said he never received one. I tried several times and could not open the door. The other guest called the help and then we both got code for the lockbox to take the card out to open the room Time wasted over 30+ minutes after a long day. The wifi did not work in my room. I could only access it if I am closer to the front or outside my room in the parking lot. As soon as I enter the room it will not work. Could not find the network. I had a total of 10 calls back and forth. The next day they changed my room I had to do it early morning like 6 am to change the room. to get wifi access. Very inconvenient. They offered a 20% discount on only first day rental when I was promised it for the entire stay. You can not see a live person on the property, very inconvient. Signage is not lit up on one side and blocked by a tree on other side. Room was nice. Some family stays above the rooms so there is foot steps noise. Will not recommend the property to anyone. The other guest told me he stayed there twice before but never again. Before there was a front desk that you can go ask questions. When I reached there, the guest thought I am the manager for the property. He must have been waiting for a while. I hope they deliver on the 20% discount as promised.

Summary: The checkin procedure was very unique and confusing. Room numbers were small and hard to find. Theres a key box in case you want a key or a keypad. The numbers arent in numerical order. The room is decent.

Summary: I would have preferred to have a room where I parked around back instead of in the front. I felt very exposed and very close to the road. Otherwise it fulfilled what I need a hotel room to fulfill.

Summary: It was convenient to the highway but felt like driving over a curb to get there and back of building parking was storage units with vehicles of people getting in their storage units. No chairs inside besides the beds. Room access was good like an Air B&B.

Summary: The bed was absolutely terrible. Hard as a rock. There was hair all over the counters and sheets. The first room sheets were dirty so we asked for a different room. The door key pad was a pain wouldn’t work. The people who live upstairs were walking around literally all night. The guests who got our first room had the same problems as us and had the same door code which is very un safe. In other words… don’t do it. We tried to save money and ended up sleeping in our clothes and got only a few hours sleep. Just being honest. Hate to be mean. Do better.
