Summary: The room is in need of a serious make over. Its run down, the heating unit didn’t work, and the maintenence of the physical condition has been ignored. If the weather had not been so cold, the heating unit would not have been the issue. But due to cokd temperatures and a winter storm warning, I left a day early so I wouldn't freeze at night. I deserve a refund for one night based on the poor heating unit.
