Historic Haven by Beachbox is a charming 1900s historic home located in the heart of Galveston. A survivor of the Great Galveston Hurricane of 1900, this home has a rich history and unique character. Enjoy staying at this extraordinary home and take advantage of its location, history, and appeal while making wonderful memories of your own.
The main house boasts 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, office area, living and dining room. Sunbathe in the sunroom or take in the city by hanging out on the large deck overlooking the street.
Below the main house is a full studio apartment with a separate entrance, full bathroom, and kitchen.
Additionally, take advantage of the yoga studio imported from Bali to relax and reset.
Parking is all street parking.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved. Do not book a 1 night stay without prior approval.
- Groups larger than 10 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties. Do not auto book for more than 10 guests without prior approval.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
