Positive: The neighbors are great. The location is superb for Cumberland (main town) Happened to be in Cumberland at the same time as the owner, left him a Cutco kitchen (cheese) knife 🔪. We met a beautiful family and I am 2 for 2 on picking 5 star houses. Thanks KS from Wendy Adams ❤️

Summary: Perfect for a larger family. My Aunt originally lived in Cumberland, played the piano at the house.
