Summary: The room was dirty upon arrival and the mini fridge was very noisy. There were no extra/foam pillows available, and the extra pillow (in the front closet) smelled like smoke. Room service did not clean the room (or replace the towels) ever, not even one time, during my entire stay. The manager (named 'Karen') was not on-site and I was told to wait until Monday to contact her. The only advantage to this hotel is the nearby access to the restaurant and the stadium, besides that; I would not recommend.
