Positive: We actually really appreciated the staff. They went out of the way to take care of us, which is what other hotels often lack. Things like getting us in our rooms as soon as possible, checking up on us and stopping by to ask if we needed anything, or to let us know our door wasn’t completely closed, taking our trash off our hands when seeing us walking with it, etc. Besides that, everything was clean, food was great and upkept, location was good, and the elevator was quick lol
